INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE : Take 1 capsules a day with plenty of water.

Merr.) 40% Isoflavones, dry extract of Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L. leaves), bulking agent (talc ), bulking agent (talc), Ginseng dry extract (Panax ginseng CA Mey., root), Garlic dry extract (Allium sativum L .; bulb), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids and Silicon dioxide), Melatonin and Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol).
